Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member as well as the captain of 2012's Fierce Five and the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. She also took home a bronze on balance beam. In 2012 she was one of the few American athlete to win the most medals at the Olympics. At the 2016, Olympics she took home gold for the team event, which brought her and teammate Gabby Douglas the distinction of having being one of the very first Americans to win back-to-back team golds. She also won silver medals at the individual all-around event as well as for the floor. In the three years between the Olympic Games she won her break was taken. The gold medal she won for the American team also won 2 World Championships. Her first experience with gymnastics began at age of 2 and her most loved activity is Floor Exercise. Aly has enrolled in her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. Aly is planning to pursue the profession of a fashion designer. She hopes to pursue growing her range of leotards. The book she is working on is called Fierce which will come out at the end of this year.
